    Position Overview:

    As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with assigned clients while supporting the senior account management team.     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and support needs.
    2. Collaborate with the senior account management team to develop account strategies and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
    3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify additional service needs.
    4. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to ensure timely delivery of solutions and resolution of client issues.
    5. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value of our cybersecurity offerings.
    6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats to provide informed recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
    7. Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation to track progress against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
    8. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and commitment to excellence in all interactions with clients and partners.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

    1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.

    Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and integrity.

    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

    Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices is a plus.

    Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Motivated self-starter with a passion for learning and a desire to grow within the company.
