Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing plant in Boxborough, MA We are looking for Assemblers on 1st Shift. This is a contract-to-hire positionHours: 1st shift, 7:00AM-3:30PM

Pay Rate:
$18.00/hr
Job Details:1.Assemble product of assigned cells with some supervision2.Follow instructions on assigned manufacturing processes3.

Attention to Detail:

Assemble product with a low of defect rate < 2000 ppm.4.All other duties as assigned5.Ability to follow verbal procedures and interpret bill of material prints6.Use of mechanical hand tools and manufacturing equipment such as ultrasonic welders, resistance welders, tig welders and parts cleaners7.

Drive to understand and execute processes after initial trainingsRequired Skills/Experience:1.Ability to communicate well with peers and supervisors2.Basic Rohs soldering skills3.Manual dexterity and eye hand coordination4.Able to stand for most of the working shift.5.Ability to lift 30 lbs6.6 months or more of assembly experience preferred7.Use of testing equipment such as leak testers and calibration equipment to verify product performanceJob Requirements1.Teamwork skills2.Problem solving and critical thinking skills3.Attention to detail4.A strong work ethic5.Ability to work overtime as needed6.
