- Work shifts range from 7am - 9pm.
- Provides direct supervision of pharmacy staff, provides support to nursing, and attends meetings/committee memberships as required.
- According to standard procedure, compounds and dispenses medication and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written orders and prescriptions from the physician.
- Actively participates in designated patient medication monitoring activities as defined by department procedures approved by the medical staff.
- Licensed and Registered in New York State or eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in New York State.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Pharmacist is required. Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
