Patient Intake Coordinator

At Serenity, we understand the impact of mood disorders on individuals and communities. Our Patient Intake Coordinators play a vital role in supporting patients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and other conditions.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Patient Intake Coordinator. This role requires strong communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to educate and coach patients on their treatment options.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient care through empathetic and understanding interactions.
Gather, review, and verify patient information to ensure accurate records.
Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients on treatment options and support them throughout their journey.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Previous experience working with computer-based information systems
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain resilience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-time customer service role

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
