We believe the only way to achieve our goals is to look at the entire stack, from transistors, through architecture, firmware, and algorithms.
We are growing our Machine Learning Hardware team within RL Silicon and are seeking engineers at all levels who will work with a world-class group of researchers and engineers using your skills to implement and contribute to the development and optimization of low power machine learning accelerators and state-of-the-art SoCs.
Research Scientist, Machine Learning Hardware Architect (PhD) ResponsibilitiesAssist with performance/power analysis of machine learning models.
Algorithmic modeling of machine learning workloads.
Develop software tooling / methodologies for efficient design of ML accelerators.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with Machine learning models, algorithms or accelerator architecture.
Proficient with at least one procedural programming language (C, C++, Python etc)
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the state of art ML algorithm optimizations like Neural Architecture Search, quantization, pruning etc.
