The Musco Operational Sales and Services Team is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to work from our Muscatine office. This position will focus on providing support for customers and the internal team by managing sales processes. Serve as primary contact for assigned Sales Representatives and customers by coordinating internal and external communications
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contractors, specifiers, and engineers
Manage the complete project workflow process from project creation to installation
Update systems to ensure project communications and details are captured
Analyze and maintain accurate sales and shipment projections
Conduct project reviews and contribute to the overall design, pricing, and sales strategy
Create and maintain accurate pricing calculations based on design and project criteria
Prepare project specific sales documents including specifications, budget estimates, quotes, bid proposals, scope of work, purchase agreements, and submittals
Coordinate shipment timing and installation schedules
Manage installation contracts and support contractors and customers during the post-sale and installation processes
Identify effective solutions to unforeseen complications that may occur during the process
What you need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent related experience preferred
2-3 years of related work experience preferred
Detailed, organized, and proactive
Flexible and able to react quickly to changing priorities
Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of responsibilities
Self-directed within a team environment
Knowledge of sales and bidding processes
Ability to understand electrical, structural and technical information
