Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Serves and assists customers in person and on the telephone.
• Be engaging and kind to everyone.
• Be able to enter customer information and lookup previous accounts.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information as needed.
• Resolves issues by determining the cause of the issue and assisting in resolving to the best of their ability.
• Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades del trabajo del representante de servicio al cliente:

• Atiende y asiste a los clientes de forma presencial y telefonica.
• Sea atractivo y amable con todos.
• Ser capaz de ingresar informacion del cliente y buscar cuentas anteriores.
• Mantiene registros de clientes actualizando la informacion de la cuenta segun sea necesario.
• Resuelve los problemas determinando la causa del problema y ayudando a resolverlos lo mejor que pueda.
• Debe ser totalmente bilingue en espanol e ingles.
