- Routing and Switching: Design, configure, and maintain routers and switches to ensure efficient data flow within the network. Implement routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP to optimize network traffic.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. Utilize various network troubleshooting tools and techniques to identify and address network problems.
- Wireless Networking: Design, deploy, and manage wireless networks to provide seamless connectivity to users across different locations. Configure wireless access points and controllers to ensure secure and reliable wireless communication.
- Network Services: Configure and integrate network services such as DHCP, DNS, and VLANs to support business requirements and enhance network functionality. Implement Quality of Service (QoS) policies to prioritize network traffic and optimize bandwidth utilization.
- Level 3 Support: Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex network issues escalated from lower support tiers. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve networkrelated issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Network Security: Implement and maintain network security solutions, including Zscaler, to protect the network from unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats. Monitor network traffic for anomalies and security breaches and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Network Monitoring: Utilize network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds to monitor the performance and health of the network infrastructure. Configure alerts and notifications to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact network operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) are preferred.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and MPLS.
- Handson experience with routing and switching equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or Arista.
- Proficiency in network security concepts and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, or Nagios.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work 34 days/ week onsite in Aurora, CO
