    Equip's five-person care teams include dietitians, physicians, therapists, and mentors who deliver wrap-around support to provide families healing and lasting recovery.

    We are searching for a highly motivated and organized Director of Quality, Risk, and Compliance to define and Equip's quality and compliance programs.

    This position will provide, develop, and implement organization-wide strategies for educating, measuring, and improving quality metrics.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare quality/compliance/risk management as well as a proven track record of performance improvement initiatives.


    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for leading the quality management, regulatory, compliance, data reporting, and medical records activities of the entire organization
    Works cross-functionally with Clinical Programs dept., Patient Experience dept., and Care Delivery to develop performance improvement initiatives throughout the organization
    This position designs, implements and maintains a comprehensive quality management program including developing and monitoring quality metrics and ensuring all regulatory and contractual data reporting requirements are met
    Build out a team that can measure, interpret, and report on clinical documentation best-practices
    Overseeing the organization's compliance with government laws and regulations, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement, designing, implementing policies, procedures, protocols, training, and other strategies to uphold the requirements and monitor adherence
    This position helps to analyze data and utilizes data to implement proactive risk assessments, root cause analyses, and failure analyses

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree
    10+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, and/or quality assurance
    3+ years of healthcare leadership experience with demonstrated success in creating effective and collaborative quality assessment/performance initiatives (QAPI)
    Expert-level knowledge and experience using data to drive understanding, decisions, and recommendations
    Knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies; Six Sigma, CPQH, IHI
    Strong communicator with a high level of confidentiality
    Ability and willingness to pivot to other potential tasks
    Enthusiastic, strong team player a must
    Bonus if you have the following:

    Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or nursing
    Experience in a remote or virtual setting
    Passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment and expanding access to treatment
    $145,000 - $160,000 a year


    The pay range for this position in the US is $145,000 - $160,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    We are open to compensation negotiations. This role can be located anywhere in the US.
