- Manage inquiries for employee financial data, including payouts, bonuses, and reimbursements
- Manage 401(k) process
- Work on state tax related issues
- Support accounting team in payroll tasks and reporting
- Put together Accounts Payable list for all vendors, checking invoices, and ensuring payments
- Ability to commute to Princeton Junction Office
- Ability to work for around 40 hours per month
- Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience and knowledge of state/federal taxes
