We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Office Operations Coordinator to support our accounting operations, vendor management, and office administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, exercises independent judgment, and enjoys owning processes from start to finish.

Qualifications

‣3+ years of experience in accounting operations,
accounts payable,
or finance support.‣Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance,
Business Administration,
or equivalent experience preferred.‣Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP systems preferred.
