Compensation:

Associate Therapists: $70,000 - $78,000 (DOE)
Licensed Therapists: $80,000 - $85,000 (DOE)

Part-Time

Schedule: 16 hours/week; 2-4 days/week, including weekends

Compensation:

Associate Therapists: $ $42.00 an hour (DOE)
Licensed Therapists: $ $50.00 an hour (DOE)

Embark Behavioral Health Bend is seeking Full and Part-time Mental Health Therapists to provide individual, family and group therapy for adolescents in our residential treatment center. Therapists at Embark play a vital role in guiding youth and families through meaningful change using relational, experiential, and systemic approaches. Located in Bend, Oregon, our residential treatment facility supports youth aged 10-17 struggling with behavioral health and mental health challenges. Our home-style environment emphasizes community connection, emotional safety, and interpersonal growth.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence‑based and experiential modalities.
Present client updates during weekly interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
Participate in clinical meetings and receive regular supervision.
Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and insurance documentation accurately and on time.
Collaborate effectively with the treatment team to ensure high‑quality, client‑centered care.
Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and de‑escalation as needed.
Uphold ethical standards, therapeutic boundaries, and all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a Behavioral Science field required.
Licensed or license‑eligible in Oregon (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD) or registered as an Associate/Intern actively working toward licensure.
Preferred: Experience in a residential treatment setting using relational, experiential, or systemic therapeutic models.
Demonstrated passion for working with adolescents and families.
Strong understanding of clinical ethics and professional boundaries.
Ability to use computers, electronic health records, and digital documentation systems.
Valid driver's license in good standing.
Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and TB test.
Willingness to obtain an NPI and CAQH profile during onboarding.
