    Main Purpose of JobThe Business Analyst, Reportings role will be to partner with stakeholders across the Endeavor organization to deliver reporting solutions by participating in requirements gathering, problem solving, defining business process and application changes, solution design, testing, implementation, training and user adoption.

    Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersUnderstand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholdersTranslate business goals into appropriate strategies and business requirementsIdentify and facilitate process changes by conducting business and systems process analysis, focusing on quality improvement and data managementDrive the resolution of issues and facilitate successful delivery of system and process changes to satisfy business requirements for effective reporting solutionsProvide clear requirements and development plans to the onsite and offshore teamsBuild dashboards and visualizations to provide data access and insight to the business stakeholdersDefine, populate, and maintain user groups and user access to relevant reportsAssist in user adoption and enablement activities such as delivering training sessions or writing instructional contentSupport data validation effortsKnowledge and ExperienceMandatoryStrong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleaguesExperience developing and employing functional project artifacts (Use Cases, User Stories, Requirements Definition, Process Definition, User Interface Design, Test Strategy, Test Cases)

    Experience with interactive visualization development using one or several of the following:
    Power BI/Report Builder, Tabluea, Python, R/ShinyExperience with SQL and other modern data storage technologiesExperience telling a story through data and building visualizations and dashboards that can be interpreted by non-technical audiencesDesirableExperience with Python and Python-based data analysis and manipulation packagesSkills and AbilitiesMandatoryBS/MS degree in Business, Operation Research, Economics, Statistics, or related fieldsAbility to work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationAbility to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment and prioritiesAbility to manage frequent requirement changesAbility to work independently with minimal Engineering supportExceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skillsExtensive experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)

    Proficient in Excel and Power QueryFluent in SQLWorking knowledge of DAXWorking knowledge of relational databases, ETL tool, data conversion and data cleansing methodsAbility to work with large and complex datasetsAbility to write clear and thorough business requirements documentationAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentHow we work:
