    The Director of IT Voice Engineering is responsible for managing the IT Voice Team and is responsible for the Design, Architecture, Implementation, Monitoring and Maintenance of the Bank's Voice Network, WAN, LAN, Routers, Switches, Carriers, Redundancy and Disaster Recovery.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Senior leader of Voice engineers, Senior Architect of the Bank's Voice Systems, WAN, LAN, Routers, Switches, Carriers. Perform capacity planning and analysis to ensure telecommunications strategy can support long term growth of data and applications. Configure redundancy where appropriate so that telecommunications services to
      customers remain uninterrupted when a failure occurs.
    • Ensure the security and continuity of the Bank's Voice systems, member information, and electronic documents.
    • Direct, plan and schedule the development, production and administrative processes of the Bank's information technology operations.
    • Build system-capabilities that reflect the highest state of technical sophistication consistent with the Bank's needs and budget.
    • Prepare clear and concise administrative and compliance reports.
    • Plan and direct installation of an upgrades to computer hardware and software.
    • Work with the application vendors to keep systems current with patches and upgrades, coordinate and test system changes, and maintain systems documentation.
    • Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future applications to meet organizational needs.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 5 or more years of increasingly responsible experience as a senior leader of IT Voice Engineering.
    • Strong working knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Unity, UCCX Contact Center, E911, Voice Gateways, Call Recording, Voice gateways (MGCP/H323/SIP), Financial Service Industry experience preferred.
    • Occasional travel required.
    A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $131,221 to $196,831. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.For more information regarding our benefits, please visit
