    Position: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

    Locations: Andover, MA and Wilmington, MA

    Overview: Be a vital part of our client's collaborative care team As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you'll play a pivotal role in providing specialized mental health care to our patients. Join forces with a dynamic group of professionals, including recovery coaches, social workers, and medical experts, to ensure seamless patient care coordination. Your expertise will make a difference in the lives of women, partners, and infants.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assess and treat psychiatric concerns for adult patients
    • Provide addiction pharmacotherapy with a focus on individualized care
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to devise personalized treatment plans
    • Advocate for patients and families, promoting ethical and patient-centered decisions
    • Forge strong relationships with community resources to facilitate patient disposition solutions
    • Maintain meticulous medical records in compliance with regulations
    Qualifications:
    • Experience in supporting psychiatrically complex patients
    • Proficiency in biopsychosocial and psychopharmacological evaluations
    • Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Massachusetts
    • Buprenorphine Waiver (or willingness to acquire within 90 days)
    • Federal and state-controlled substance certification/registration or eligibility
    • Certified Addictions Registered Nurse - Advanced Practice (CARN-AP) preferred
