Our End-User Computing team is comprised of credible IT professionals who provide Agilent's 18,000 employees and 5,000 contract workers worldwide with standard teamwork, communication, and support services.     This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

    As an expert IT architect, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting our digital workspace by improving the supportability, security, and usability of devices and standard software tools for Agilent employees and contractors. Here's what you'll be passionate about:

    • Problem-Solving Excellence: Leverage your extraordinary technical skills to improve and evolve end-user device management, enhance security and compliance, and ensure efficient usability.
    • Architecting Solutions: See opportunities to harness new capabilities, including Generative AI, OS improvements, and hardware advancements. Align these solutions with evolving security and compliance requirements.
    • Digital Workspace Improvement: Dive into DEX tools and metrics to elevate our digital workspace. Improve the overall digital employee experience.
    • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with IT professionals from the Networks, Compute, Security, and Applications teams to ensure compatibility and alignment across functions.
    • User-Centric Approach: Capture feedback from end users and IT support staff. Continuously improve solution usability.
    • Leadership and Training: Handle outsourced contractors and lead other IT engineers. Train support teams, service managers, and third-party contractors. Provide deep-level support when needed.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 8 years working in Corporate IT End User Services.
    • Design Thinking: Experience designing and supporting End User Services.
    • Technical Expertise: Must have deep knowledge of Windows 10/11 endpoint operating system and SCCM/Intune Management suites.
    • Mac OS, Android, iOS, and related device management suites (Jamf) are a plus.
    • Experience with HP Enterprise PCs is a plus.
    • Microsoft M365 Mastery: Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), hybrid AD join, conditional access, Group Policies, PowerShell, and AVD.
    • Endpoint Security Savvy: Knowledge of endpoint security tools (AV, DLP) and PC privilege management (CyberArk EPM).
    • Digital Employee Experience: Experience with DEX Tools (For Example, Nexthink) and metric generation and analysis.
    • Teamwork Across Teams: Knowledge of Networking concepts, IT Security and Compliance standards.
    • Training and Documentation: Demonstrable ability to train support teams and third-party contractors on new solutions and improvements.
    • Vendor Management: Experience leading third-party service providers, licensing, and entitlements. Familiarity with SOW and contract development. Experience with Microsoft licensing is a plus.
    • Work in a geographically dispersed team: Work with leaders, colleagues, and end-users across the globe.

    Pay Range

    $114,080.00-$178,250.00
