If so, you might be the ideal candidate for our new Channel Sales Manager roleAs our Regional Channel Sales Manager, you will be a key player in executing our AMER growth strategy responsible for your assigned territory.

    You will create and implement market access plans and sales programs that deliver profitable growth through distributors, agents, and other indirect channels.

    You will also design and manage short to long term initiatives that boost the sales of our products, spare parts and services.

    You will work collaboratively in a team with our external partners and regional sales teams to ensure the delivery of our orders plan.

    PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The principle duties and responsibilities of the Channel Manager include; Manage and develop our channel partners in the assigned territory Uncover gaps in our set-up, Identify and onboard new channel partners Support the overall SPX FLOW Pump Solutions business goals and strategies Prepare and execute local sales- and action plans with your external partners in the region Manage the relations to internal (e.g. Factory, Management) and external stakeholders (e.g. Partners) Proactively manage your Sales Pipeline in close cooperation with your partners and the SPX FLOW Sales Management Ensure Legal compliance of our channel network in accordance with corporate guidelines Facilitate conflicts between internal and external parties Report Forecasting and Planning to SPX FLOW Sales Management Support and lead sales initiatives Hold Customer and Partner Facing Meetings (Virtually and Face-to-Face)EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors or Masters Degree in economics, engineering or similar preferred Sales professional with first experience in the Process component Industry Experience of working with distribution models and external partner companies essential Strong communication skills including customer relationship management and building relationships with various internal and external partners Problem solving skills with a constructive approach Broad organizational business acumen, emotional intelligence, and a strong bias for results Fluent English skills (verbal and writing) Spanish and/or Portuguese beneficial Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment essential Ability to travel in the designated territory (AMER with Focus on North America) Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (Preferably SAP C4C)
