    We are seeking an Organizational Development Specialist for a full-time opportunity in the United States. A successful candidate must have experience with succession planning, performance improvement, employee engagement, and career pathing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop best practices related to performance management, training, and organization development.
    • Provide assessment, coaching, and development planning for leadership, teams, and individual performance improvement.
    • Identify performance gaps and implement targeted solutions.
    • Create job-specific training materials, including developing course content and facilitating delivery.
    • Collaborate in establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist in developing a comprehensive training calendar.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • A minimum of five years of experience in organizational development and learning and development, including training design, development, and delivery.
    • Experience with succession planning, performance improvement, and employee engagement is essential.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities are necessary.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required.

    Certifications:

    • One of the following certifications is required within 18 months of eligibility: ODPC - OD Process Consultant Certification Program or ODCP - OD Certification Program.
