- 7+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead/Technical Program Manager within a financial institution.
- Technical background, need an understanding of application development (prior experience as a developer is a great selling point).
- PMP and SEM Scrum Certifications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to key stakeholders.
- A background in HR or procurement.
- This position is responsible for projects of a substantial scope and influence to enhance the Bank's technological capabilities.
- Leverage in depth business and technical knowledge to manage the execution and administration of project life cycle including planning, scope definition, design, and delivery.
- Recognize and drive organizational transformations outside of projects.
- Direct both technical and non-technical aspects with an advanced understanding of project management approaches.
- Track and reports progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators to analyze strategic impact of project activities.

The Select Group is seeking a talented Delivery Lead with banking experience to support a growing financial client.
