- Designing and developing AC compressor components working with a team of Product Engineers and Designers with focus targeted to the electronics portion of the compressor.
- Develop validation programs for OEM customers for the successful launch of their programs.
- Participate in innovation, product cost and quality improvement initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace or similar non-Technology related Engineering field of study is required; Masters degree is a plus
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is required
- 1-3 years of demonstrated, hands-on Engineering experience gained through internship, co-op, or on the job exposure is required
- Knowledge of experience with precision or rotational mechanical devices is nice to have
- Automotive industry or similar manufacturing experience is a plus

SUMMARY
The position is part of the product engineering team developing the electrically driven AC compressor, which is a mechatronic product needed in conjunction with future hybrid or fully electrified powertrains.
The position contributes to the electrical compressor development activity by design and validation of electric AC compressors.
