    Leadership role on a premier American food processing company with oversight to multiple brands and lines of business, along with managing 1 direct report and a team of 3

    Exposure to multiple disciplines within client organization (brand, sales, in-house production studio, in-house ecomm team)

    Direct experience working with category leaders in CPG industry

    **Day-to-day:**

    The Account Director is client service powerhouse and acts as the lead for their team and their business. In this role, the Account Director will oversee our Meat Products national shopper marketing work across multiple brands. Success in this role requires strategic thinking and problem solving, strong knowledge of the CPG lower funnel marketing space, a sense of comfort with ambiguity, strong client relationship skills and management experience. Oversees the creation of the brands annual lower funnel marketing plan, and then works closely with strategy and creative partners to bring the plan to life, and guide the team for execution.

    Reports to: SVP Account Director

    Direct reports: Account Supervisor

    Fully retained client national brand-focused shopper, some retailer-specific

    ** Qualifications**

    **Experience Desired**

    Experience in lower funnel / shopper marketing (agency or client-side) know the landscape, the vendors, what works and how to drive growth for brands

    Storytelling and presentation skills ability to communicate complex ideas and knock clients socks off

    Working cross-functionally (with strategy and creative, in an agency setting if applicable) to bring big ideas to life and selling them in to clients

    Working across an IAT (inter agency team) or similar cross-functional working relationships

    Willingness to dig in to get the work done

    Strength in strategy, empathy, communication, bias-for-action and leadership

    ** Additional Information**

    LOCATION: Ideally located in Minneapolis, however this person may work remotely.
