Overview:

Park Dental Bailey Road located in Woodbury is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule:

Mondays OFF

Tuesdays, Radio Drive 6:30a - 1:15p

Wednesdays, Radio Drive 1:30 - 8:15p

Thursdays, Bailey Road 12:30 - 8:15p

Fridays, Bailey Road 6:30a - 4:15p

Approximately 5 Saturdays annually 7a - 2:10p
