ATA Services Inc. is seeking a part-time Accounting Technician to work a short-term, 9-month assignment in Denver, CO. This position is full-time, with a hybrid schedule.

Assists with managing Accounts Payable shared GMAIL inbox
Determine the correct coding for each payment/ deposit
Reconciles transactions, reports, and other cash and credit accounts
Use MS Excel to update tracking sheets
Requires data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Backup Treasury Cashier position as needed (accounting tech I/tech II)
Receive and approve cash receipt documents
PDF scanning to network drive folders
Process returned checks in the banking and accounting system
