    Job DescriptionThe Pediatric Place is a multidisciplinary pediatric private practice clinic located south of Kansas City, in Clinton, MO. We are seeking to hire a Registered Behavior Technician willing to join a multidisciplinary team of therapists to build an ABA program in our new Autism Center. Our practice allows staff to be the therapist you've always wanted while working within a culture focused on support, growth and fun. At The Pediatric Place, you are never on an island. We have a team of compassionate professionals ready to support you and assist in providing the best therapy to treat the WHOLE child.

    Duties:
    - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
    - Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
    - Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
    - Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective treatment strategies
    - Support clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
    - Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

    Skills:
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    - Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
    - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
    - Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    - Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients
