    Accounting Manager:

    Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting Manager to join their teamOur client is a leading manufacturer in the industry, and they are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join their team.

    As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable and Billing team, overseeing general ledger activities, and conducting financial analysis to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

    You will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and success of the organization.


    Responsibilities:
    Supervise, mentor, and provide leadership to the Accounts Receivable and Billing team members.
    Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
    Review journal entries, reconciliations, and account balances to verify their correctness and adherence to accounting standards.
    Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
    Assist in the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and financial strategies to support the company's growth and financial health.
    Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
    Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, including liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation.
    Month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements.
    Oversee the maintenance of fixed assets records and depreciation schedules.
    Manage the capital in progress (CIP) projects, ensuring accurate accounting and tracking.
    Monitor and control inventory levels, valuation, and adjustments.
    Reconcile subsidiary accounts with the general ledger on a regular basis.


    Required Qualifications & Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.5-8 years of accounting experience, either public or manufacturing corporate enviornment.
    Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
    Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. ERP or implementations are a plus.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong operational focus.
    Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
