Humble and willing to help others.Conduct thorough risk assessments on proposed contracts, identifying potential legal and business risks, and providing strategic guidance to mitigate those risks.
Manage contracts database.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to understand business objectives and align contract terms accordingly.
Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations in the biotech industry and ensure that all contracts adhere to legal and compliance standards.
JD degree from an accredited law school and membership in at least one U.Minimum of 3 years' experience in contract negotiation, drafting and management, with some experience in biotech, pharma, or healthcare.
Strong understanding of legal principles and contract law.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Highly experienced non-attorney Contract Managers with a minimum of 5-7 years of contracts management experience may be considered (and the role will be tailored appropriately).
