    Our TotalSeq platform enables researchers unprecedented resolution in understanding cellular contributions to human health and diseases.
    We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support our expanding portfolio of TotalSeq products. This position is responsible for supporting the manufacture of catalog and custom TotalSeq panels and product development logistics.

    The position requires frequent interaction with RnD, Product Development, Planning, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to ensure production timelines are met.

    Manage the production schedules of new and existing TotalSeq products.

    Communicate and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to meet timelines and provide ETA updatesMonitor inventory levels in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and coordinate with planning to ensure that inventories are well stocked and that all products are updated.

    Plan and schedule production activities for finished goods, intermediate products, bulk, etc.

    Maintain work orders and scheduling of activities across departments including Product Development, Conjugation, Purification, and Bottling, to meet the dynamic needs of a rapidly expanding product portfolio.

    Update Project Management software to track changes in order and production statusEnsure compliance with company and department policies, procedures, and checklistsMonitor inventory levels of reagents and consumables for internal R&D effortsOther projects or responsibilities as may be required.iACT Competenciesinnovate

    • Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Business Administration, Communications, Science, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field5+ years of experience in production planning or inventory organization and managementPreferred Qualifications
    • Education and ExperienceAdvanced degree in Business Administration, Science, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fieldKnowledgeable about production processPrevious production planning experience utilizing ERP/MRP systemsPrevious experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel (v lookups, charts, graphs, etc.)
    .Experience with Asana Project Management or related softwareFamiliarity with ISO or GMP regulatory compliance requirementsPrevious experience working in a life science, biotechnology, and process manufacturing industryExcellent communication skillsThe base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $95,000/year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position.

    The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.

    This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company.
