    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager to lead our utility scale solar projects from conception to completion.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, solar energy systems and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Site Management: Oversee site preparation, construction and commissioning of solar energy systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
    • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, solar energy systems or a related field.
    • Skills: Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
