    California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy has a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) opening with our outpatient ortho clinic in Santa Ana.

    The role:

    • Salary Range $80,000 to $95,000 annually + Productivity Incentives + Benefits.
    • Individual salaries dependent on experience and job-related factors.
    • Full-Time, 30-40 Hours M-F

    Position Summary:

    • Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient setting
    • Create individualized care plans for each treatment
    • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care
    • Grow relationships with your staff and the community you support
    • Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collection
    • Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
    • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
    • CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
    • Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic physical therapy (preferred).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
