Job Functions and DutiesNO.Representative Duties1Responsible to the workshop manager, obeying his/her technician's and shift supervisor's arrangement and deployment;2Responsible for assigned job tasks, reporting any problems to the technician or supervisors;3Responsible for handling post abnormalities in production, promptly reporting the results;4Responsible for cleaning, management and safety of post, tooling, tools and equipment;5Understanding Post Environmental Factors, Hazards and Control Methods;6Conscientiously implementing integrated management system related documents;7Storing post wastes by categories;8Familiar with post material safety data sheets and emergency response measures;9Other duties as assigned10Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeIⅤ. QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageLanguage spoken commonly in the workplace is English. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.Experience1-2 years of previous manufacturing experience preferred, but will train.EducationHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Physical ConditionThe employee is regularly required to stand the duration for long periods of time.  Turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 55lbs. repeatedly.Other Requirementsa. Near Acuity-Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less (both eyes). Use the factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work shoes and ear plugs.

 Referral Bonus:  

1.  If an FGA employee knows someone who would be a good addition to FGA, and they meet the qualifications for an existing open position, the referring employee will be awarded $200.00 after the referred candidate is hired.
2. The referring employee will receive $200.00 after one hundred (100) days of employment of the newly referred candidate.   All payments will be less applicable deductions.
3. The referring employee will only receive payment if the new referred candidate is actively employed on either 2^nd or 3^rd shift only
4. Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must be actively at work on or after the effective date of this policy in order for payment to be issued.
