    CBM of America, LLC - Level 4 Telecom Installer

    About the Job: CBM of America is actively seeking a Level 4 Telecom Installer with installation experience in Central Office environments. The Level 4 Installer will travel regionally up to 100 percent when required. The geographical area includes Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The Level 4 Installer must have Telecommunications Central Office equipment, power, and fiber testing experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Performing all aspects of installation including rack and stack, full infrastructure builds backbone cabling, copper and fiber testing, and complex DC power work.
    • Experience in secondary power installation.
    • Experience in fiber installation and testing.
    • Entering job status, issues, requests, and all-expense-related information into the Project Management platform.
    • Coordinating materials for sales order using web-based inventory control forms.
    • Understanding the scope of work, customer expectations, profitability objectives, and timeframes.
    • Controlling all on-site aspects of the job in collaboration with the Installation Supervisor or Project Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Interfacing directly with the Installation Supervisor or Project Manager and Engineering Department to resolve any order issues and record all changes.
    • Maintaining job-assigned tools and monitoring tool calibration requirements.
    • Conducting hardware testing such as power verification, device provisioning, and system tests.
    • Ensuring all work meets customer standards and internal quality levels.
