    Role Summary:


    This team of experienced and well-trained individuals will support the remittance/payment log for Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and all plan sponsor clients.

    The department will address and handle outstanding remittances and terminations, reconciling the log for all clients by directly contacting the clients (as needed), as well as provide timely responses to Deposit Administration to ensure timely processing.

    This team will also provide payroll remittance support as an extension of the Payroll Integration team and CRMs, with the ability to resolve data validation, payroll remittance and work order needs.


    Responsibilities:
    Priority to certain billing cases and 38-day casesResearching the issue(s) that are preventing the application of funds and documenting the workProvide internal support to CRMs and supporting clients, including contacting clients to resolve remittance, payment, loan, data validation, work order and payroll issuesProcessing limited transactions to allow for the application of fundsWorking with the Deposit Administration and other departments to expedite application of fundsWork with Deposit Administration on research, refund, return items, and forfeiture casesWork with Loan Administration to reconcile loan remittance issuesWork with the Payroll Integration team to resolve error issuesWork closely as the liaison between our plan sponsor clients, CRMs, and Deposit Administration and Loan teamsWork with clients and CRMs to process work orders and identify/resolve errors in Data Validation WebMaintaining associated Salesforce records (workflow/case updates)

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's DegreeExcellent presentation, written and verbal communication skillsEntry level experience with verifying transactions and or payment administrationStrong organization skillsExperience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically familiarity with ExcelAbility to spot discrepancies and provide attention to detailCommunication skills and comfortability speaking with payroll managers and human resource directorsAbility to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask during a business dayAbility to work flexible hours between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMValid driver's licenseThis position is designated as essential to the operation of the Client Support department.

    Accordingly, as part of our regular duties, employees in this position must be available at all times, at the discretion of management to perform their job functions, including, but not limited to the event of a potential storm or other emergency situationPreferred Qualifications:

    Match:

    You will be eligible to receive up to 9% of your pay (salary and incentive compensation) in company contributions.

    A non-elective employer contribution of 3%, plus a 100% employer match on employee contributions of up to 6% of pay.
