Summary:

Group Manufacturing Services, a well-established contract manufacturer with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. We operate a state-of-the-art fabrication and machine shop, producing a diverse range of precision machined components for our clients. This is a great opportunity for a CNC Machinist with experience on Haas machines to expand their skillset and contribute to a growing company. Experience with Matsura machining centers is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

· Set up, operate, and program a variety of CNC machines, with a focus on Haas machining centers. Experience with Matsura machining centers is a significant advantage.

· Edit existing CNC programs to optimize efficiency and address production needs.

· Conduct inspections of machined parts, ensuring they meet all dimensional and quality specifications.

· Troubleshoot and resolve basic CNC machine malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date production documentation.

· Follow all safety protocols within the machine shop.

· Continuously learn and improve CNC machining skills.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a production environment.

· Demonstrated experience in setting up, operating, and programming Haas machining centers.

· Experience with Matsura machining centers is a major plus.

· Strong understanding of CNC machining principles, G-code programming, and machining processes.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

· Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.

· Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
