BiltWise Structures, LLC is a systems built housing company based out of Greenwood, SC. We build modular houses in a factory setting. We are working on opening our second location here in Roswell, NM. We are an organization run by modular industry veterans, and we make a high end, versatile, quality product. The Final Finish Supervisor at the Roswell location will report to a changing host of bosses going between SC & NM, as well as the plant manager and President on site at the Roswell plant.

Final Finish Supervisor

Reports To:

Plant Manager, COO, President

Purpose:

Responsible for leading the day-to-day operations for the finish end of the plant. Oversees finish electrical and plumbing, paint, drywall, and punch list employees and items. Responsible for and coordinates actions for the "second half" of our operations.

Business Outcomes:

• All finish plumbing and electrical is done correctly and to plan specifications
• All finish end tradespeople are working cohesively and feel they can come to you for guidance and help
• Our product leaves in excellent condition, to excellent quality standards

Essential Functions:

1. Day to day management: Ensuring productivity of the final finish end of the shop. Ensures all projects are wrapped up in a timely and organized manner. Ensures all tradespeople are working cohesively in the final finish end of the plant.

1. Employee Training: Responsible for training and development of new hires to the final finish department. Any new hires in paint, drywall, trim, cabinets, or cleaning will be directly your responsibility to train in modular processes and bring up to speed. Creating a welcoming environment for new hires as well as facilitating feedback. Management of new hire training and development.

1. Trade and labor needs planning: Collaborating with all trade departments, HR, and COO to predict and fulfill labor needs

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient in multiple trades
• Strong leadership skills
• Bilingual a huge plus
• Attention to detail and quality

Education & Experience:

• Construction management or business certificate/degree a plus
• Proven history of training & development
• Proven history of managing multiple tradespeople
• Construction experience a non-negotiable
