    Job Description

    SUMMARY

    The Behavior Analyst ('BA') is responsible for designing and implementing programs within the ABA Services Program. The BA oversees all aspects of treatment, ensures the treatment environment is conducive to client objectives, and provides staff training and support activities. This role ensures program fidelity for all clients, delivers training, and maintains implementation integrity.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Conducts functional behavioral assessments and analyses
    • Develops safety and crisis intervention plans
    • Collaborates with internal and external team members
    • Trains Behavior Health Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
    • Adheres to positive coaching practices
    • Maintains understanding of core implementation systems
    • Attends team meetings and communicates effectively
    • Stays updated on ABA research and practices
    • Demonstrates flexibility and professionalism
    • Assists with quality monitoring and client progress reviews
    • Develops social skill lessons
    • Designs behavior programs for clients
    • Oversees program implementation by others
    • Communicates with staff and team members
    • Provides training on Applied Behavior Analysis principles
    • Maintains required documentation
    • Completes assigned duties

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

    This position provides clinical supervision to all Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavioral Health Technicians.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    The job requires sitting, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and other physical movements. May need to move clients during interventions.

    EXPECTED SCHEDULE

    Full-time on-site position with variable work hours based on program needs. Services are mainly provided in the clinic setting.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Master's degree in related field
    • Behavior Analyst Certification and Behavior Specialist Licensure
    • Safe and Positive Approaches training
    • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders
    • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis programming
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet applications
    • Ability to train staff and implement proper crisis prevention techniques
