- Position: Farm Equipment Operator / Laborer
- Pay: $19.00/Hour
- Overtime: Must be flexible to work OT
- Driver License & Clean DMV Req. to drive equipment/ company vehicle(s).

- Use of equipment to remove, add or relocate items which may include debris, garbage, dirt, plants, trees, rocks, plants, and other related materials.
- Operate various pieces of equipment for digging holes, fixing areas of concern, moving items, and various other related projects.
- Patrol and observe waterway to monitor water levels, identify possible issues, and a variety of other related duties.
- Perform basic physical labor duties such as shoveling, removal of debris, loading/unloading, moving materials.
- Completed any required paperwork or electronic related documentation.
- Other related duties.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Previous experience operating farm equipment or heavy equipment is desired.
- Pre-assignment drug screen.
- Must have good driving record & current valid driver's license.
- Reliability a must.
- Ability to be flexible to work weekends and/or overtime is required.
- E-Verify will be used for employment authorization purposes.

Job DescriptionLabor Finders in Fresno is currently looking to hire an experienced FARM EQUIPMENT OPERATOR / LABORER / DITCH-WATER TENDER to work in the RIVERDALE AREA.
JOB DUTIES may include but are not limited to:
Job Overview: Operation of farm equipment. Flood monitors are needed for the annual water release. Some physical labor may be required to do shoveling or other similar duties.
