    Description

    Job Summary

    Experienced Construction Project Manager is sought to lead and direct the day-to-day management of construction projects in government contracts.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand contract terms and scope.
    • Manage administrative and field construction activities.
    • Coordinate trades throughout the construction process.
    • Monitor job costs, work status, and billings.
    • Ability to estimate, take-off, and solicit quotes.
    • Effective communication, problem-solving, supervising, and time management skills.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Science degree and 5-10 years experience in Government projects Construction Management.
    • Prior experience in directing and coordinating construction activities.
    • Knowledge of specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
    • Skills in Sage Timberline, Primavera Suretrak, and Microsoft Office Suite software.
    • First aid and CPR training, with a strong safety culture.
