Midwest Ace Hardware is a family owned and operated housewares store located in Manhattan and Junction City.


Job Description:

• Assist in the receiving, stocking, pricing of all merchandise and help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness.

Make reservations and check out U-hauls. Back up register.

• Help customers find what they're looking for to complete their DIY project.
• Knowledge of tools, lawn & garden, hardware, plumbing and electrical
• ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT

Wage range $13+ based on experience.
Must be available Mon-Fri 3:30-7, Saturday 8am-7pm, Sunday hours per week. Must be 18 year old and a valid drivers license.


Education/Training:

• High School or GED equivalent.

Experience:

• Formal retail experience preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Standing for long periods of time
• Be able to lift 50 lbs

Requirements

Part-time, 18-25 hours per week, must be available afternoons, evenings, and weekends including Sunday. Good knowledge of computers and some mechanical ability. Must have a valid drivers license.
