    Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield ) is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join our physician led, patient centered practice in Bakersfield, CA. We are affiliated with Bakersfield Memorial Hospital ) and Mercy Hospitals ) and aligned with one of the largest health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California Practice Highlights:
    • Join experienced ENT in Group
    • Full scope practice: outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center and hospital consults
    • Focus on adult cases with some pediatric cases
    • Emphasizes high quality of care over quantity
    • Dedicated MA team for efficient workflow

    • Opportunity to precept medical students
    Available Resources:
    • Mentorship
    • RN Triage during after hours and weekends
    • Marketing representative to help build patient panel with various media resources and connecting you with the community
    Compensation/Benefits Include:
    • Salary*: 500,000/year
    • Excellent earning potential including a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus
