- Develop and direct a variety of fact-based analyses to aid management in decisions related to new or existing services.
- Create methodologies to answer critical business questions, evaluate new product and service opportunities, and assess market potential.
- Provide actionable recommendations from data mining, segmentation, customer profiling, and quantitative analyses to identify acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, and retention opportunities.
- Evaluate opportunities to improve customer profitability, targeting efficacy, offer appeal, channel preference, product bundling, and customer loyalty.
- Participate in strategic marketing decisions regarding customer needs, preferences, behaviors, segmentation, and various marketing efforts.
- Interpret analysis results, translate insights into actionable recommendations, present to senior management, and collaborate with business partners to integrate recommendations into business strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics).
- Experience in Marketing Analytics, ideally within a financial/banking environment.
- Strong skills in data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Technical expertise in tools such as SAS, SQL, and Excel.
- Proven track record in conducting advanced quantitative analyses and statistical modeling on customer data sets, focusing on customer behavior, profitability, and segmentation.
- Strong documentation abilities and ability to create presentations in PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AGILE methodology.
- Knowledge of Python, Tableau, Power BI, and/or Alteryx.
