Job Title:
Mid-Senior Level Developer


Job Overview:
As a Mid-Senior Level Developer at Opiniion, you will play a crucial role in the development process, contributing your expertise in writing excellent
JavaScript code and accompanying tests.

Your responsibilities include reviewing code from other developers, leading and mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with mid to senior-level developers to define tasks and identify technological limitations.

Additionally, your active participation in meetings and clear communication of relevant ideas and opinions will be vital to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
Write high-quality JavaScript code and develop accompanying tests to ensure code reliability and functionality.

Review code submitted by other developers, identifying potential issues and providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards.

Lead and mentor junior developers, assisting them in problem-solving and ensuring the successful execution of tasks.

Collaborate with mid to senior-level developers to define tasks, evaluate potential bugs, and address technological limitations.

Attend meetings and actively contribute by communicating relevant ideas and opinions to enhance team collaboration and project success.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in writing excellent JavaScript code with a strong focus on quality and maintainability.

Solid understanding of software development best practices, including testing methodologies.

Previous experience leading and mentoring junior developers.
Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with mid to senior-level developers, QA engineers, and product managers.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas and opinions clearly in team meetings.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development.
