- Greet incoming hotel guests upon arrival and offer to assist with luggage.
- Provide information pertaining to hours and available services of the hotel, i.e. restaurant, lounge, room service.
- Provide guests with directions and information regarding the city and immediate area.
- Coordinate luggage storage.
- Make guestroom deliveries of packages, guest valet laundry, luggage, and other items accurately.
- Assist with snow removal including brushing off cars, shoveling, and salting walkways as necessary.
- Perform Front Desk Clerk duties including but not limited to checking guests in, monitoring room availability, post charges (i.e. room, food, telephone), compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests, handle guest mail and messages
- Maintain market stock and coffee area as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, front entrance, and surrounding areas.
- 1 to 3 months related experience; High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be responsible for performing a variety of guest service activities while providing the highest level of service possible.
