    **Job Summary**

    Develops, implements, and maintains a specific product line by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to ensure continuity in product offering and company goals.

    **Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities**

    Supports the success of an assigned team of salespeople, including Inside Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and Territory Managers by providing coaching and professional development of a specific product in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

    Regularly perform pricing and competitive analysis by customer channel and recommend strategies to improve market position, improve quality or reduce costs.

    Directs company inventory purchasing to obtain the best possible value considering price, quality, service, and continuity of supply, by working closing with the corporate purchasing department.

    Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth of a specific product line.

    Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

    Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.

    Manage and communicate sales information and product changes both internally and externally.

    Produce, maintain and update annual forecast.

    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    **Minimum Requirements**

    Bachelors degree (BA) from 4 year college or university; or One to two years related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
