    About the Position

    This role acts as a behavioral health technician to participants of the Reflections for Women program, a 16-bed residential program for women, pregnant women, and women with infant children who have severe substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor clients within the facility, observing, monitoring, and intervening in substance use disorder treatment through acting as a support staff to clinical staff.
    • Assure client compliance with program structure and monitor and assist mothers with basic infant care routines and safe sleep practices.
    • Filing and auditing charts, uploading client information into the electronic health record, and assisting with cognitive/behavioral approaches and assignments.

    The estimated salary for this position is $45,484 - $52,822 per year.

    This position requires a high school diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED) and one (1) year of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position.
