Job Description
The Student Services Coordinator for LMU-DCOM will support the Assistant Dean of Students and Associate Dean of Students in coordinating student support and activities for the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program.
Required Qualifications
high school degree; software knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar programs; good verbal and written communication skills; good organizational and math skills

participate on University committees;

track student services accreditation requirements and manage strategic planning documents as directed by the Assistant/Associate Dean of Students;

assist with special student events, such as Orientation, White Coat, Graduation, and awards ceremonies

maintain tracking documentation of student engagement for all students in the DO program
Job Duty
conduct administrative tasks, travel requests, and budget management of student funds both on campus and at extended campus sites;
Job Duty
manage student groups and organizations, including budget oversight, fundraising, purchasing, scheduling, etc both on campus and at extended campus sites;
Job Duty
collaborate with Student Activities Coordinators in implementation of student events;
Job Duty
collaborate with the Public Relations department to ensure correct branding and logos are used for external events;
Job Duty
collaborate with Career Services, Alumni Services, and LMU facilities to coordinate student events;
Job Duty
accompany students on DCOM sponsored off-campus student trips including DO Day on the Hill (Washington, DC) and relevant DCOM sponsored trips as needed;
Job Duty
assist in the maintenance of student services and academic support documents and records; and
Job Duty
perform other duties as assigned.
