    The UX Content team is a core function within our design organization. We guide buyers through our universe of extraordinary items, help sellers and influencers grow their creative businesses, and create moments of connection and delight. We inspire, build trust, and support customers through clear, inclusive, human-centered language.

    *What's the role?*
    As Senior AI Content Strategist, you'll shape AI-powered tools and features for our team, helping to scale impact across our core buyer and seller experiences. This is a full-time, contract position reporting to the Senior UX Content Manager.

    *What does the day to-day look like?*

    • Help build, train and optimize our AI-powered writing assistant to generate clear, high-quality, and brand-aligned content
    • Serve as a proactive discipline lead across your projects, shaping future vision, owning end-to-end project deliverables, measuring content effectiveness, and driving the evolution of our AI-powered initiatives
    • Write, test, and refine effective, contextually relevant system prompts
    • Establish rubrics for quality and consistency; evaluate AI outputs through testing and experimentation
    • Analyze and leverage data to improve prompt performance
    • Collaborate with product design, product management, research, engineering, and legal to shape requirements, define success metrics, identify improvements, and align with business goals
    • Create content guidelines that influence how we communicate to to customers about AI-powered tools and features
    • Develop and implement content strategies that elevate our distinct brand voice and drive business outcomes
    • In addition, you'll help expand our content system, creating scalable copy patterns, standardizing terminology, and evolving our tone of voice and style guidelines.

    *Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:*

    • 8+ years of experience in UX Content or closely related fields
    • Strong familiarity with AI/LLM ecosystems; experience using AI tools to shape, optimize, and scale content
    • Experience leading complex end-to-end projects and building influence with cross-functional partners
    • Strong analytical skills to audit and optimize prompts
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving, and ability to take initiative across your projects
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the latest advancements in AI
    • Fluency in systems thinking and product strategy, paired with tactical, data-informed UX writing that drives clarity, consistency and trust
    • A portfolio demonstrating your ability to break down complex concepts into clear, accessible, human-centered language.
    • Proficiency in Figma
