you will be responsible for assisting with technical solutions for a state-wide customer engagement center and CRM System Services which will assist with Medicaid Programs.

Our primary mission is to develop software solutions that assist individuals and families gain access to health care providers and services.

Minimum 5-7 years progressive work experience in team environment; health care and operations background strongly preferred.
Experience with analysis/documentation of workflow, quality processes (i.e., testing and feedback), and policies/procedures to increase operational effectiveness required.
Prior experience with the software development lifecycle required.

Strong technical proficiency, project leadership, proactive communication skills with the ability to collaborate with external/internal customers to analyze business requirements required.

Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or equivalent training/experience required.
