Job summary
We are looking for a professional motivated Leasing Manager for our self-storage facility in Newport Beach CA. This role holds significant responsibility for the success of the property. We are looking for a friendly individual with a great personality who can confidently complete sales.Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations – oversee rentals move-ins/move-outs and maintain occupancy goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service – build relationships resolve disputes and ensure customers feel supported.
- Handle financial transactions & reporting – process payments cash check card money order balance cash drawers and provide daily/weekly performance reports.
