Description

Our client is looking for a *Sales Account Executive* responsible for establishing rapport with new customers and nurturing relationships with long-term customers by assisting them in developing solutions to meet their needs.

• Discuss features and benefits of products and services offered.
• Source parts for scope of work and determine labor hours required.
• Communicate parts sourcing research to procurement.
• Create customer work order including tasks and parts required.
• Coordinate with procurement and service to ensure expediency and customer satisfaction

• Provide immediate response to any sales inquiry from customers or prospects.
• Provide follow-up and superior customer service.
• Efficiently use computers, databases, and software programs to provide fast responses to customers.
