- 8+ years of experience leading complex Manufacturing operations projects/New product innovation.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field

The Strategic Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of a project's execution, from concept through to industrialization and validation phases and will be responsible for the follow up project post mortem. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting the Product Manager(s) and Project Engineers(s) conferring with all projects direct and indirect stakeholders. Including, liaising with Procurement and legal departments procuring and managing outside contractors as well as all operations functions, scheduling project phases and managing project deliverables. The Strategic Projects Manager manages all aspects of project budgets including project change orders as well as providing regular updates.
